Our continuing care facilities also include a certified rehabilitation and skilled nursing care for short-term recovery or when extended convalescence is needed. This combination of services and living options enables residents to age in place.

Villa Natura, a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRCs) includes three levels of care in the same facility:

Independent living, where residents live on their own and have access to a wide array of amenities.
Assisted Living, which provides help with the activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing and eating.
Skilled Nursing, where round-the-clock nurses and caregivers with accreditation in the US provide assistance and a variety of healthcare services.

As health needs increase, our Seniors may transition from one level to the next, all within the same community. This provides a permanent link to friends and families by assuring they remain in a single location.

To become a resident at Villa Natura, our Seniors may elect one of the following options;

As an Independent Living Resident which requires a deposit and operates on a monthly fee basis, and
As Resident in our Assisted Living Facility which requires one entry fee. This one time fee includes the first month stay, ancillary services and implementation of health care procedures and customized services. This entry fee also includes resort accommodations and breakfasts for family or friends, for a period of time in concordance with the term of the stay.

At Villa Natura there are no hidden costs and fees. We operate on a month-to-month basis, offering extra comprehensive packages of assisted living services and senior care programs, if required, for one affordable monthly fee. Compared to the cost of maintaining a home or apartment or compared to the cost of nursing home care, we offer a tremendous value.

Independent Living Facility

The base fee, which is usually sufficient to cover all your needs and requirements, includes a variety of services. However, some residents may require a different level of care and activities that goes beyond the base fee. Among those activities we offer;

Unlike many retirement communities, Villa Natura never have a buy-in fee or long-term purchase commitment. We charge a deposit equal to or less than one month's rent and all regular services and living accommodations are charged on a monthly base fee. Additional fees may apply for extra services and special programs selected by our Seniors.

Assisted Living Facility

Where basic care and support on daily activities is provided in an apartment setting. Nurses and caregivers with US Accreditation provide assistance with medication management, bathing, dressing, eating and walking, 24/7. We coordinate your appointments with outside healthcare providers and monitor your health. Resort amenities designed to enhance comfort, and improve your health, in a condo-suite setting. Meals, in-house recreational, fitness and social activities, spa body treatments, swimming pools, housekeeping, linen service, apartment maintenance and transportation.

Skilled Nursing Facility

We provide round-the-clock nursing care and highest levels of assistance outside of a hospital, aid with daily life activities to meet physical, social and psychological needs. A licensed Physician supervises each resident's care and therapy. Speech, occupational, and physical therapy are available for rehabilitation purposes. Villa Natura nursing home, skilled nursing facility, offers a wide range of conveniences and amenities designed to enhance comfort, and improve convalescence and recovery. We provide the highest level of care outside of a hospital setting for individuals who have health conditions that require constant monitoring. Physician, nurses and health care aides are available 24 hours a day providing care for people who are recovering from a surgery, a hospital stay or those in need of long-term custodial care. We offer from special therapeutic diets to comprehensive rehabilitation... all comfort and convenience to help residents recover with dignity while receiving compassionate care, personal attention and professional services.

Short-term stays can vary from a month to several months as required.

Long-Term Care Services

Villa Natura offers a variety of services for individuals which require someone else to help him with his physical or emotional needs over an extended period of time, this is long-term care. This help may be required for many of the activities or needs that healthy, active people take for granted and may include such things as:

Using the bathroom
Helping with incontinence
Managing Pain
Preventing unsafe behavior
Preventing wandering
